One of the most crucial part of proofing and editing is really taking the time look at everything from beginning to end.
Look at your file at 100 percent.
Spacing between words, letters, lines, etc.
Proper Line Breaks
Consistency
Spelling (English & Spanish)
Punctuation, Accents, (English & Spanish)

Grammar
Spelling of Names, First, Middle, Last, Etc.
Date: Month,Day, Year, Day of the Week
Time of Event (Ceremony, Reception, Party, Dance, Dinner, Etc.)
Address
Include City & State
In case of Rain Wording
Mask or COVID-19 Options
Formatting
Readability
Consistent Fonts + Colors
Accurate Accommodations Information
RSVP Date
Meal Choices
Registry Information
Whenever in Doubt.... always...always...always have at least two other people read it. It is better to make a million than to continue with a print that was not ready to begin with. Read it Out Loud...Read it Backwards...Compare it to Calendars.... ask for all digital updates. Printed proofs available for extra charge and could delay process. Checking your personalization is a life-saver! You don't want any last-minute reprints delaying the invitations.
